We are a buzzing not-for-profit arts cafe in Southampton and we recently upgraded to the Jura X3. With over 60 volunteers, it's vital that we have a machine that everyone can use with minimal training, and yet makes what we think is the best tasting coffee in town. With 31 programmes, we're able to provide a wide variety of drinks to our customers too. It takes little effort to refill water and coffee and is straightforward to clean and maintain. One huge advantage is how quiet it is in operation. The grinder is whisper-quiet and there's no loud banging to empty the grounds out. This is hugely important, as we are an arts venue and don't want to disturb performances. We're also knocked out by the Praego coffee beans, also from Hallmark. They make a really rich and nutty cup with a great aroma and little bitterness. Our ethics are central to what we are about, and we love the ethos of the Rwandan cooperative where they are grown.
