Our Canny Organic Beans are 33% Robusta and 67% Arabica Blend.
Organic is healthier, with it being free from any artificial chemicals such as pesticides, herbicides or other harsh fertilizers.
They are also high in Antioxidants, Vitamins and Minerals, because the soil is free from damaging chemicals, it is much healthier and full of nutrients which get passed on to the beans.

Taste Profile: A sweet cup with a syrupy body presenting flavours of red fruits, and wine-like acidity with a smooth chocolate finish.
Washed coffees from throughout Central America are used interchangeably to ensure
consistency of flavour through the seasons and bring balance to the blend Washed coffees are pulped from their cherries and allowed to soak in water for up to 36 hours This processing method accentuates acidity and fruity flavours The coffee used in this blend are sourced from Nicaragua and Honduras
The word “Coffee” is said to have been derived from the Ethiopian region of Kaffa, where Djimmah coffee is produced. Like other coffees from this region, the beans produce a rather heavy-bodied cup with wine-like aftertaste. Djimmah is one of the best-known coffees, the production region is located in South Western Ethiopia and represents almost 50% of Ethiopian coffee exports.
Almost all coffee grown in India is shade grown and is often intercropped with other plants such as cardamom, clove and pepper Naturally processed Robusta coffee is added to the blend to give body and a lingering finish which allows the blend to cut through milk-based drinks.
